There is nothing better than receiving sincere thanks from my clients for a job well done. Some of my clients have shared their thoughts with you below.
Thank you for your submission!
I’ve known Gail and worked with her for 30 years now. During the pandemic is when we wanted to sell our primary home and we were told how daunting that would be by others. From the moment Gail and I spoke to the check in our account she always was gracious, incredibly professional, thoughtful and mostly she knows how to think out of the box. We chose to leave town and let her just “handle it” and it was the best decision ever. She dealt with numerous contractors while getting the home ready and handled the staging perfectly. This was an emotional sale for us because we loved the home so much and knew it would sell for a lot and quick. However with the pandemic we were just so unsettled. Gail completely put us at ease, did a fabulous job getting us top dollar and I just can’t recommend her enough. I’ve referred her to numerous high end friends and to this day she is still working with them too. Regardless of a rental home or your primary home, new to the market or a “collector”, Gail will always put your needs first and go way above what I’ve ever witnessed other Realtors to do. Gail is also a broker and has the extra knowledge needed for when things get challenging. I promise you’ll be happy with both your liability being covered and your business transaction when working with Gail. To this day, thank you Gail.
I've used Gail for multiple transactions over the last 20 years. She is by far the most knowledgable, communicative, highest integrity agent I have ever worked with. She has a deep knowledge of the entire bay area and is a fantastic resource when buying or selling. Gail did an amazing job selling my last two properties, with one selling the same day as listing and the other getting ($100k) over asking. I recently purchased a home in Aptos, and Gail went above and beyond researching the property. She went to the city to pull records and contacted engineers and contractors directly to make sure the purchase was solid. I was ready to submit an offer, but Gail urged me to wait for all of the research -- for which I am forever grateful. I know Gail is watching out for my better interests, and I feel incredibly fortunate to be able to work with her.
